Owners Tom and Adam sought to create a new restaurant concept – offering organic, vegan super salad bowls and healthy crushed pineapple drinks which would appeal to kids and adults alike.
The difference – simple to prepare using local organic ingredients, using only recycled consumables, offering staff a ‘buy into’ the local business and supporting global environmental charities. The recommendation was to hand illustrate the logo and create a fun, tropical vibe reflecting not only the name, but the care and consideration the company has for the planet.
